Kristy is a Global Director and Co-Lead of Consilio’s Tech Collective, bringing 15+ years of experience in eDiscovery. An attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey, Kristy enhances client value through consultation, education and process improvements across the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM), data privacy and security, and flexible legal talent. She specializes in creating efficient discovery strategies, providing technical expertise, and offering advisory services to meet client needs and address complex legal challenges.
In her role on the Tech Collective team, Kristy oversees and delivers comprehensive solutions tailored specifically to the critical legal needs of global technology companies. Her team of diverse experts ensures efficient and effective outcomes, resulting in valuable data insights, improved processes, and long-term cost savings.
Before Consilio’s acquisition of DiscoverReady in 2018, Kristy managed client services teams at DiscoverReady. She also has experience in private practice in New York City, where she litigated labor and employment matters in both federal and state courts.
